"I’ve ordered a few parts and tools from…"
I’ve ordered a few parts and tools from Aircraft Spruce, it’s mostly been what I expected, in a good way. I already figured their prices would be fair compared to hunting things down elsewhere, and so far that’s been true for me. Shipping can definitely add up a bit, which kind of confirms my usual complaint about ordering parts online, but even with that, it still feels worth it when I can’t find the stuff locally

"Good for finding the odd stuff"
I usually end up finding what I need on Aircraft Spruce, even those random little parts that are hard to track down locally. The stock info on the site is clear too, which helps when you’re trying to figure out if something is actually available or... you know. One item was backordered on my last order, so it wasn’t perfect, but most of it shipped without any issues. Solid experience overall. 4 stars
"I use aircraftspruce.com often, mostly by..."
I use aircraftspruce.com often, mostly by typing in part numbers, and most of the time the search works really well. It usually pulls up what I need quickly, and I do like that it shows related items since that’s helped me find alternatives a few times. That said, when I search with a more general phrase, the results can get a little messy and I end up scrolling through a bunch of stuff that isn’t quite right. It could definitely be more refined there. Overall though, it’s still much easier than clicking through all the menus, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Warranty Stuff Was Actually Painless"
I had a warranty issue pop up, and I was bracing myself for the usual runaround because that’s usually how these things go. But Aircraft Spruce actually handled it without turning it into some huge ordeal. They replied quickly enough, walked me through what needed to happen, and didn’t make me jump through a million hoops. Why can’t more companies just do it like this? Anyway, I’m happy with how it all went...

"Checkout was frustrating and confusing"
I tried ordering a few parts, but the checkout kept throwing weird shipping errors at me. I had to re-enter my address twice, and it never really said what the problem was. Then after the order finally went through, I got an email that seemed to say something different, which just made the whole thing more confusing. The site feels old and clunky. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely a pain.

"Ordering was easy enough, no complaints there…"
Ordering was easy enough, no complaints there. But waiting on the refund really tested my patience. I had to keep checking back more than once, and after a while it just got irritating. They did finally refund me, so at least that part worked out, but the whole process felt slow and kind of unclear. I’m not sure I’d order again if there’s any chance I’d have to deal with a return.

"The part matched for the most part and…"
The part matched for the most part and worked out okay, but to be fair, the description did leave out one small detail that I really needed to know before ordering. It would’ve been helpful to have that included upfront

"I placed my order and got charged..."
I placed my order and got charged right away, but the item ended up on backorder and the date just kept moving. What bothered me most was the lack of updates. I had to keep reaching out myself, and support didn’t really give me any clear answers. It felt frustrating being out the money with no real idea when anything would ship.

"Checkout was painless"
I ordered from aircraftspruce and didn’t have any trouble paying. They had the payment option I wanted, and checkout was quick enough that I almost wondered if I’d missed a step or something. But everything went through fine, and I got my confirmation right away. I always appreciate when a site doesn’t make paying more complicated than it needs to be

"Good Selection and Easy to Find"
They had a huge selection of parts, and I was able to find the one I needed quickly. Definitely happy with the experience.

"Reliable overall, just not always the fastest"
I’ve been ordering from them for years and, for the most part, they’ve been solid. The products show up as expected and I haven’t had any major issues. Shipping can be a little slow sometimes, but as long as you’re not waiting until the last minute to order, it’s usually not a big deal.
"Frustrating communication"
I had a annoying experience trying to get a simple update from Aircraft Spruce. I emailed and got a short reply that didn’t really answer what I was asking. I called too but it felt like I just kept getting passed around without anyone giving me a clear answer. The parts might be totally fine but the communication was not great. I don’t mind waiting if someone just explains what’s going on. This made the whole order feel way more stressful than it needed to be...

"Helpful Catalog, But NOT Always Easy"
I use Aircraft Spruce mostly for the catalog, and I’ll say it’s definitely helpful because they have a TON of parts listed. When I’m trying to compare different options, it’s a good place to start. But the site can feel messy sometimes. Some listings don’t have enough info, the pictures are either missing or super tiny, and it’s not always clear what fits what. I still find myself checking other sites or calling around just to make sure I’m ordering the right thing. Useful? Yes. As easy as it should be? NOT really.

"Prices Were Higher Than Other Places I Checked"
I ended up finding the same parts cheaper at a few other places, so I didn’t feel like this was the best deal. For example, I checked a couple of online shops, a local parts store, and even some bigger retailers, and the prices were lower in several spots. It wasn’t just one item either, things like basic replacement parts, small hardware pieces, and accessories all seemed to cost a bit more here. Nothing terrible, but if you’re trying to save money, it’s probably worth shopping around first.

"Checkout Took Too Many Steps"
Searching for what I needed was okay at first, but the whole checkout process felt clunky and way more complicated than it should’ve been. There were just too many steps, and by the end I was kind of frustrated and ready to be done...
"A bit of a mixed experience"
I ordered a couple of small items from aircraftspruce, and I’m a little torn. One of the pieces was fine and does what it’s supposed to, but another had rough edges and felt cheaper than I expected. It still works, so I can’t say it was a total disappointment, but for the price I was hoping the quality would feel a bit better.

"Order came just right"
Got my order from Aircraft Spruce and everything was exactly what I picked out. No missing parts, no wrong items, nothing weird to deal with, so... yeah, happy with it.

"I had a wiring question that was holding…"
I had a wiring question that was holding me up because I didn’t want to guess and risk connecting something wrong. I reached out expecting it to take a while, but I got a quick answer that actually made sense and pointed me in the right direction. Once I followed the advice, the issue was fixed and I could move on with the project. Simple, helpful, and exactly what I needed.
"Good Order, Shipping Stung a Bit"
I ordered a few small parts from Aircraft Spruce and, to be fair, everything showed up just fine. The packaging was solid, nothing was missing, and the whole order was handled the way it should be. The only thing that made me hesitate was the shipping cost, which felt a little steep for such a small order. I know aviation parts can be different when it comes to shipping, so I guess it is what it is. I’d still order from them again, but next time I’ll probably wait until I need a few things so the shipping feels a little more worth it.

"Time Is Something You Should Respect"
The whole thing took way longer than it should have, and I still had to follow up twice just to get things moving. I get that delays happen, but it feels like basic respect to keep customers updated without making them chase you.
